Inclusion in Research & Innovation

The Research & Innovation Office (RIO) has outlined multi-year inclusion goals after analyzing feedback from the employee engagement survey and the university’s culture survey and after receiving feedback from the RIO faculty and staff. These goals are mapped to the University goals and aligned with components of the Shared Equity Leadership model, and are the shared responsibility of all RIO employees.Ìý

  4. Engage staff and supervisors in identifying strategies to better manage and balance workload and support employee wellbeing.​Ìý
