Faculty Fellow position responsibilities include:Ìý
- Planning andÌýfacilitatingÌý2–6Ìýworkshops/eventsÌýforÌýacademic year 2026–27ÌýthatÌýsupportÌýprofessional development/community-buildingÌý(Women+ FacultyÌýandÌýInternational FacultyÌýprograms).
- CoordinatingÌýfaculty participation in mentoring and writing relationships/groupsÌý(ACUMentÌýandÌýWriting GroupÌýprograms).
- CollaboratingÌýeffectivelyÌýwithÌýtheÌýOFA personnel who supervise and support the Faculty Fellows.
- Representing the OFA as a valued team memberÌýwho cultivates relationshipsÌýand communityÌýwith CUB faculty.Ìý
Faculty Fellow positionsÌýare part-time, additional administrative appointments thatÌýcomeÌýwithÌýsmall stipends, a one-year May–AprilÌýappointment, and the possibility ofÌýannualÌýrenewalÌýat the discretionÌýofÌýOFA. Applicants may be teaching, clinical, or tenure-track facultyÌýwho have three or more years of faculty experienceÌýand a current appointment at CUB. ApplicantsÌýwillÌýbe considered for responsibilities related to any of the four program areas noted above.ÌýPositionÌýassignments will beÌýdeterminedÌýaccording to the suitability and interestsÌýofÌýfinalist candidates.Ìý
