Integration Configuration Nearing Completion ÌýÌý
Working Group 2 (Data, Integrations, and Technology) has made significant progress on building database objects required to receive integrated data flows. The team is addressing nuanced design decisions, integration edge cases, and procuring necessary third-party applications to support seamless data flow between Education Cloud and campus source systems. This milestone represents a critical step toward system readiness and marks substantial progress in the technical foundation of the platform.Ìý
Unified Project Tracking: Story Map Finalized Ìý
The project team has finalized the comprehensive story map organizing over 350 use cases from Phase 1A discovery into epics and features. This integration will enable improved project visibility, prioritization across project phases, and comprehensive dashboards for stakeholders at multiple levels.Ìý
Student Groups Survey: Analysis Underway Ìý
Working Group 4 (Adoption Leads) has collected extensive survey data from the advising and other student success communities regarding current student group usage and needs. The team is now coding and analyzing results and preparing a prioritization exercise for user stories. This input will directly inform system configuration and future development priorities, ensuring Education Cloud supports the diverse ways campus units work with student populations. ÌýÌý
