- To resolve this issue, submit an SSN/TIN update form and a copy of your SSN or TIN card to the Office of the Registrar by mail or secure document upload.

- Congratulations, you've earned the following degree and/or certificate(s)! Transcripts with degrees and certificates posted are now available for order. You can also download a free unofficial transcript through Buff Portal.
- Our records indicate that although you graduated from CU Boulder in December, you're registered for one or more Spring 2026 classes in the same degree program.
