HRSC Staff Approvals Team

The Staff Approvals Team supports a wide range of staff appointment transactions for University Staff, Classified Staff, Staff Working Retirees, and Temporary Staff, ensuring entries are accurate, compliant, and ready to move forward in CU Boulder’s HR systems. They review documentation, validate job and position details, and process front-end transactions in HCM once all required information is received. The team also partners with departments to resolve missing information, clarify requirements, and ensure entries align with Regent policy and applicable state rules.Ìý
