Lorelei Cloud is the first Native American appointed to the Colorado Water Conservation Board. She also served as a Board Trustee for The Nature Conservancy in Colorado and as a member of its Indigenous Advisory Council. Cloud also advocates for the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Relatives through her work Native Love. She was recently elected to the Board of Directors for the Native American Rights Fund. Additionally, she co-founded the Indigenous Women’s Leadership Network and served three terms on the Southern Ute Tribal Council.
